      - Work is consistently varied from personal experience - High achievers are recognized and moved up quickly - no minimum time between promotions - Reasonable work hours - Plenty of opportunities to work in cross-practice assignments - Top-tier clients

      Cons

      - Not everyone is an overachiever and some do not see any realistic upward prospects - Very diverse cultural and professional backgrounds amongst teams - those who are not internationally-minded may not fit in well - Bureaucratic in its admin - at times the paperwork can be extremely frustrating
