      - Competitive Salary - Challenging assignments

      Cons

      - lack of communication, career development, work-life balance; - outside US there are no benefits (no healthcare, dental care, etc.) - There is no clear indication of what it takes to get promoted.

      Pros

      FTI has many smart people who work there. Within their silos they perform good work. They promote successful people and they provide good benefits.

      Cons

      FTI is divided into business units that do not share clients, information and do not work well together. there is not a unified client management system and they provide little marketing support. Experts in one field manage cases without knowledge of or regard to including needed expertise that exists within other groups within FTI. It could be a much better place providing much better services if it was fully integrated.
