Pros

I spent the last 30 years being a number in the machine. FTI is a small, yet very successful company that employs individuals not numbers. They are all about the morale and well being of their employees. From the welcomes to the company and anyone I have spoken with, to the amount of support with getting onboarding and orientation complete, to very person I have come into contact with has been extraordinary. FTI, as a whole, took a personal interest in my life and that is worth more than can be explained in words or in a published review. I see myself working for FTI for years to come.

Cons

I can honestly not think of a single con about this company.

Pros

The people are good at their jobs and they work in an environment where they are able to shine. Everyone here is fully devoted to the success of our customer and with that shared goal, everyone is supportive of each other. FTI pays very well for the area. You could make more in Silicon Valley, but your standard of living wouldn’t even come close to what you can have here. If you were hired to support a contract and it changes or ends, FTI management will actively look for other projects to keep you working here (yes, they treat staff as an asset).

Cons

Your job/paycheck is tied directly to contracts, usually DoD, and when funding is slowed down, it means your coverage may be reduced (your paycheck will go down). It has nothing to do with the company so much as the customer. Be aware that your income may not be as stable as you hope.
