      Pros

      Great atmosphere, support, development, and benefits. CEO is transparent and committed to culture and values

      Cons

      Senior leadership team has been making sudden changes in middle management and no strategy direction is given. Company has clear goals, but how those are to be implemented is left to the individual contributor to figure out rather than aligning technology, ops, and business sector strategies to the whole

      Pros

      The company is very pro employees, with regular meetings providing a review of the last month. Benefits are decent. Time off is ok - there are better but it is at least fair.

      Cons

      I really cannot say to many "cons" about working at FTI. They are all about contracting, so if you are on a project and it ends, you will be looking for a new job. -life at a contracting firm.
