Everyone I have met have within the firm are great professionals who openly acknowledge the challenges of their individual positions and collaborate well with superb temperament and positivity! It's a small to medium size business that continues to grow. Everyone I have talked with that has been with FTI for a few years has grown in responsibility as they are willing to accept it, growing personally as the firm grows. The 3 flexible / personal holiday days each year are also plusses. The embody the Charity "C" by giving back to each of their local area office neighborhoods (food banks, kid's back to school supply donations, veterans services, etc.). It's really a great place to work!

If you have fair amount of work experience in corporate America and then you come and join this company - it is like a breadth of fresh air... They are all about people and their welfare and this policy is completely top down. A very close knit company and they are absolutely professional. Their benefits is in incomparable.
