FTI honestly cares about its employees, mission, and veterans. This company walks the walk when it comes to values and ethics, which is refreshing. It's a welcoming, inclusive culture. Solid compensation and benefits.

Cons

There are some growing pains but those are to be expected. PTO could be improved = it is a typical accrual system.
