Pros

Smoothest transition to a team and company that treat you like a person, not an employee number. Employees are truly valued for what they do and that positive attitude flows from the CEO down throughout the entire organization.

Cons

To this point of my time with the company I have not found a con worth mentioning.

This company has been the best workplace I have ever experienced! From my recruiter Shelley to the CEO Ron, my tenure has been nothing but great to me and my family!

Cons

This is a trick comment box right? COVID was probably the biggest con because FTI provided some events for its employees and communities that were limited the last two years because of COVID
