I recommend 100% pursuing a career at FTI because the management is very passionate, committed, and compassionate towards their employees. The culture, benefits, and opportunities are very generous. Overall FTI maintains a creative, solution based, and mature approach to services they offer. I especially recommend working at FTI if one is independent , self motivated, disciplined, and open minded to learning. There are plenty of professional growth opportunities at FTI if one is hardworking. Networking opportunities are excellent and most employees are working on competitive assignments!
