FTI has a great culture that engages all of its employees. Please watch the 4C's video on the FTI webpage. Not a Gimmick!!! I've worked at companies in the past that stated all these values that they had, however they did not practice any of them. FTI is not one of those companies. FTI truly cares about its community, customers and employees. The work/life balance is 2nd to none. The onboarding process really brings you and your family into the FTI family. The CEO takes time out of his busy schedule every month to talk to his employees about any company happenings and openly request input from the employees.

Great company to work for. Company reaches out to engage with employees. Charitable work and effort the company puts out is amazing.

Cons

Smaller company getting bigger. Not really a con, but expected growth pains. All departments are running at a fast pace.

Everyone I have met have within the firm are great professionals who openly acknowledge the challenges of their individual positions and collaborate well with superb temperament and positivity! It's a small to medium size business that continues to grow. Everyone I have talked with that has been with FTI for a few years has grown in responsibility as they are willing to accept it, growing personally as the firm grows. The 3 flexible / personal holiday days each year are also plusses. The embody the Charity "C" by giving back to each of their local area office neighborhoods (food banks, kid's back to school supply donations, veterans services, etc.). It's really a great place to work!
