      Pros

      The culture here is outstanding. The morale is as high as you'll ever see anywhere else. They take great care of employees. The flexibility is excellent. There are a wide variety of different projects available. The 401(k) match is strong. The health insurance plan and wellness incentives are strong too.

      Cons

      They're a smaller company, so there aren't as many bells & whistles that you'd see at a bigger tech company, and processes aren't quite as formalized as you'd see in big companies. However, I think their processes are maturing and improving as they grow.
