You feel welcomed and respected. Very well qualified people with good work ethics and all work as a team to get the job done. Projects are challenging and interesting that provide great opportunity for learning new skills. Company provides good equipment and IT support while we still work from home; team remains interactive and supportive of each other.

I've been part of the workforce about 25 years and I've worked within many organizations. FTI tops my list of places to work. Since starting here, I've had the opportunity to grow in a career that I'm proud of while working with people who are both kind and brilliant. As a company, we care about what we do and how we do it; we care about our people - whether employees or customers; and we care about our communities. I'd recommend working here to friends and family and I'd feel confident doing so.
