Pros

Working at FTI has been one of the best career adjustments thus far for myself. A company that prides themselves in culture and company growth is how FTI is growing at a huge rate that they currently are. Working at FTI feels more like a family then it does a job. This is because of the culture that FTI sets forth for their employees.

Cons

Being a newly employee, I cant express any negative cons thus far of FTI. What I can say is that all companies will have downfalls, but FTI always strives to take negative feedback and turn it into a positive for their employees. For upcoming newly hires what I can elaborate on is our PTO. Growing at such a huge rate, our PTO needs to be re-evaluated. Not only will this keep the improvement of company growth but it will decrease employee turnover.

The work atmosphere is amazing. This company contributes to the community at every turn and truly expects its employees to be a positive light for others to follow. Management understands how to treat people and get the best out of you.

Cons

The pace is fast and there is a lot to learn quickly but once you're up to speed life is good!

Pros

FTI is growing more than I have ever experienced in my career. There are so many new opportunities and opportunities for growth that it is amazing. The Business Development and Operations leaders are amazing not only people, but bringing in business. The corporate staff that supports operations is amazing and works extremely hard to make sure that the proposals, RFP, RFQs and business get the attention they need. A great culture that really does a great job of supporting many local charities within the many locales where they are located. Overall simply a great place to work!
