Great Culture, Great Company

Pros

Staff- everyone is part of the team and valued, truly friendly and talented people Management- full of integrity and passionate about what they do Culture- FTI is focused on giving back to the community and donating to charities. They encourage the employees to take ownership in the choosing of which charities they donate to Business- FTI is growing rapidly. Its an exciting time to be a part of the company

Cons

The only con was PTO but the policy was just changed and employees are being given an increase in holidays and PTO starting in January 2019. I have nothing negative to say.

The work atmosphere is amazing. This company contributes to the community at every turn and truly expects its employees to be a positive light for others to follow. Management understands how to treat people and get the best out of you.

Cons

The pace is fast and there is a lot to learn quickly but once you're up to speed life is good!

Our leaders are truly in tune with the company culture, employees, communities we live in, and customers we serve. It is a pleasure to work here and support their vision.

Cons

It is a small company after all so for some who like to do new programs often will run out of where to go faster.
