Pros

Frontier Technology is a company with a heart for people and a head for business. After 20 months with FTI, I am continually impressed with the way our leadership cares for its employees and our clients. They fight for feedback and then challenge the team to implement changes that make sense. I have no plans to go anywhere else, I have found a home with FTI.

Cons

I am in Texas and my leadership is in Ohio, and sometimes the geography makes simple things a bit harder. That said, I have never had any trouble getting in touch with my leadership when needed.

With the growth of the company being fast it seems like it has been challenging for the company to keep up in some ways, but they seem to be making an effort to fix things. Not sure how much growth opportunity is available
