      Hemorrhaging people and work as business has dried up last year with over 20% of people lost or let go. Future does not look any better

      Remote availability and good pay

      Cons

      With the remote availability you need to be attached to your computer at all times. I was a new hire and didn't have my CAC yet and the expectation was that I sit on Teams and do nothing. My Teams had to be active at all time even though, since I didn't have my CAC yet I was on overhead, I wasn't being paid to make sure the Teams was active. I was responsive to email and messages when they came in but I guess I wasn't "Jiggling" my mouse enough and was let go as a result. I was fired before I got a chance to get started. I don't recommend Frontier Technology Inc.

      nice people if they still work there

      Cons

      will lay you off in a days notice. dont work for small businesses that have archaic products and rely on the good old boy friendships
