Pros
A good place to learn from a lot of good people at all levels, with a decent amount of ongoing investment.
Cons
Management changes strategy in a significant way every year. Minimal advancement opportunities within the business unit level, although the larger corporation presents some expanded opportunities if you're motivated to seek them out. But again beware the never ending strategic moving targets.
