      Not even a single PRO

      Cons

      Management is corrupt, HR has no say, just present for decoration purpose at office. Worst organisation and inhuman treatment. Zero job security, culture of hire and fire frequently. DO NOT JOIN else you career will be spoilt.

      Considering the benefits it is reasonable.

      Cons

      -The system (Microsoft GP 2015) that they use is frustrating so they tend to do a lot of work manually. -The politics is hard core. -The management does not consider the well being of the employees. -There is no camaraderie among employees and management.

      Professional culture, nice employee workshops

      Cons

      lax control of HO. Internal controls need to be more strong to detect and take corrective steps in various corporate crisis events. There should also be a window wherein employees can voice their grievances while working for this organisation.
