Flexible working hours. My previous managers, I can trust and talk as normal person. Freedom to execute your work with minimum supervision. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Unfortunately some unforgetable stories... HR personnel asked for unplanned meeting just to mention SHE saw a job vacancy and asked if it was something for the invitee. It turned out that a re-organization is coming. (what a LoL). One of the managers is so chaotic and have a big mouth. HE managed to climb to a good position being a politician and talking bad at other peoples back, even calling the big boss - the woman with a puddle hair >.<. I wonder why SHE gave him a raised after all *.*.
