HR is a joke- none of the HR people have a background in HR Everyone is to follow the owner's views. Differing views are looked at as a threat You are asked to use your own money for certain things that are really business expenses- like gas to get to the airport if your job requires travel. If salaried- you are expected to work for 60+ hours per week during season without any added incentive/bonus If your position expects you to travel- be prepared to share a room with someone Management gets no real management training so you don't get feedback and then are blindsided in a review.
