Pros

Flexibility. Open, and quite fun environment. I have had a pretty good time there.

Cons

Quick change in work atmospheres. One task okay for one super, but not for the other. Quite fast paced (mentioned on website) if not your comfort level. Hours fluctuate like crazy, fulltime not guaranteed even if promised.
