      Pros

      FUN.com has a very enjoyable work environment. Everyone is smart and wants to do the right thing. Everyone is encouraged to be themselves and express their interests. It's very common to have "dress up" theme days (unsurprising since this is a costume company). Work hours are very flexible for most of the year.

      Cons

      FUN.com is a costume company so September and October are VERY BUSY. Most people will work many extra hours during this time but the company does compensate everyone for working extra. Most benefits are good but the 401k match is weaker than other companies.
