Pros
-If you want to make alot of money really fast, you can during season. you just have to put forth the time. -You have the ability to run a project the way you'd like, which is a great opportunity to learn. -Great benefits, good 5 year and 10 year anniversary gifts. -flexible schedule.
Cons
-Has turned really 'clickly' Management doesn't treat everyone on the same level of respect. They pick favorites. -Profit over people. -When an employee leaves, they just take that workload and add it to current workload without considering a replacement. -Claim to promote from within, although a new senior management position was created from someone outside the company, upsetting junior management from a missed opportunity to grow, no job was ever posted internally. -Decisions are made without alot of thought through, therefore leading to poor decisions from management or decisions on the fly. -Miscommunication, Miscommunication, miscommunication!! -CEO has no solid 5 year plan. -Base pay is WAY BELOW standard for the region. -Everyone has a plate that is too full, from the executive, director, manager, and Lead level. -Growing to fast, to quickly, without much of a plan in place. Not prepared for the future.
