Set schedule No mandatory overtime Set duties/route (depending on position)

Cons

No room for growth (you can easily work in the same position for ten years without advancing or receiving a raise) Management is is inconsistent and unorganized (company wide) Pay is low

It's a paycheck that's about the best thing I can say about this place! Even that is a joke considering thag want you on call 24/7!

Cons

Uneducated upper management, lack organization, and they will feed you a ton a lies to get you started. They talk to minorities like we're back in slavery times.
