Pros

I make good money I have been giving 4 raises and I have only been there a year and a half. The management team is very knowledgeable and helpful with not only problems at work but personal issues as well. I started as a regular custodian making 7.55 an hour I now make 12.00 and hour, and I'm currently being evaluated to be an assistant manager. Fpg offers so many incentives to all employees. If you're looking for a job come our way.

Even less motivated employees get treated good.

Pros

They always be.giving us stuff. Likes lunch gift cards raises. And challenges to earn money prizes. All my bosses are so nice. And I get plenty of overtime

Cons

Cant decide how much overtime I want to work each week

Pros

Other than being unemployed and broke.

Cons

Been with them almost a year and a half.the new corporate payroll system has messed up people's pay checks. Now they made a mistake on the floating holidays and paid it an advance So if want that one for Thanksgiving we won't get paid for it. so I will take it off without pay,thanks to their screw up.i hope they do lose their contract.
