It is a job that will pay you.

Cons

I am a manager and I try to do the best by the company and my employees. However, most of the Managers do not care about the every day workers. All they care about is one another. There is too much family and friends working here. I was hired in as a manager but do not feel appreciated myself.

A whole lot No room for growth,high turnover,low pay,at least where I work,supervisor doesn't know how to delicate. so she gets a lot of people upset I including management.

Pros

I make good money I have been giving 4 raises and I have only been there a year and a half. The management team is very knowledgeable and helpful with not only problems at work but personal issues as well. I started as a regular custodian making 7.55 an hour I now make 12.00 and hour, and I'm currently being evaluated to be an assistant manager. Fpg offers so many incentives to all employees. If you're looking for a job come our way.

Cons

Even less motivated employees get treated good.
