Pros

They always be.giving us stuff. Likes lunch gift cards raises. And challenges to earn money prizes. All my bosses are so nice. And I get plenty of overtime

Cant decide how much overtime I want to work each week

Pros

I started as a regular hourly employee a few years ago. I made my way up the ladder eventually making it to management. We try to treat our employee's as they are family. Unlike alot of companies we have a tremendous amount opportunities to move up. We would rather promote within the company versus going to the outside.

Pros

I have been with FPG for about a year and a half. I can honestly say I love what I do. The benefits are great. 401k, paid health insurance, vacation and quality of life. As manager its pretty simple, you get what you give. The room for growth is huge as the company continue to grow. FPG has been great especially when taking care of personal issues. It is hands on and fast paced but that's what makes in enjoyable. No day is ever the same.

Cons

Nothing negative out of the ordinary.
