Pros

This is a mid-sized business that still retains small business core values. Executive staff is responsive and understanding. Employees are great to work with and you feel you are working in a family environment

Cons

It is sometime difficult to get direct answers to questions/directions with management but not so much a Con as it is an area for improvement.
