Pros

Great work environment if you like fast pace and variety. Rewarding work for craftsman, artistic workers and even clerical workers. A "manufactured in America" enterprise that one can be truly proud of.

Cons

Hard to find any for me. I loved working with the products and the people. Some may be frustrated with the amount of work or even teamwork required but I found those things helped to keep me proud of my work and to make a difference in my job. Not enough praise for just doing your job may be a con for some.
