Pros

Since I have started at Factorial HR a year ago as junior developer, I have been nothing but happy about joining this company. It's growing fast, the teams are amazing and made of the best people in their fields. If you want to grow and like to be challenged, this is the place for you. I am also quite impressed with the company's culture that makes everyone pulling in the same direction despite many of us working remotely. Finally, I have to thank the team for being very human in its management. They are very understanding and give a lot of trust to their employees making the work environment very healthy and enjoyable.

Cons

The tech team is of a very high level and joining it as a junior developer is not a smooth ride. But after a few months of hard work, you get to enjoy having persevered.

Pros

Factorial HR has an incredible team. The initial company values and culture have been carried on until today. At a technical level, all developers are proactive people trying to learn, improve and evolve the platform with best patterns and practices. It is a good place to find the right life balance with a flexible work schedule.

Cons

As a startup, in Factorial HR there are platform changes continuously. This could be sometimes overwhelming but something normal at these stages but a good opportunity to work in new projects and acquire knowledge.

Pros

Working t Factorial has been a great experience for me. My team is a group of talented devs with a lot of motivation to improve everyday. We learn something from each other everyday. The product team has put a lot of thought on the application and making features is a process where you always can learn something new about HR space.

Cons

Honestly is hard to tell something bad about Factorial. So far has been a good experience for me during last tree years. The salary is ok and the office is new and near the sea in sunny Barcelona. Maybe we could buy a new ping pong table because the one we have is pretty old ;)
