Nice people, open organization, pretty nice office

Cons

They hire you as a intern for every sales positions for several month to save money on you, and avoid talking about salary earlier on.

Pros

Working t Factorial has been a great experience for me. My team is a group of talented devs with a lot of motivation to improve everyday. We learn something from each other everyday. The product team has put a lot of thought on the application and making features is a process where you always can learn something new about HR space.

Cons

Honestly is hard to tell something bad about Factorial. So far has been a good experience for me during last tree years. The salary is ok and the office is new and near the sea in sunny Barcelona. Maybe we could buy a new ping pong table because the one we have is pretty old ;)
