Pros
Couldn't ask for a better work/life balance with a full-time position. Strong relationships within the firm and the clients we work with. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and management is extremely helpful. Bonus opportunities are continually provided, so you play a large part in your success. Social gatherings outside of work keep the environment enjoyable. Still a flourishing company with room for advancement and opportunity in various locations. Sense of fulfillment when you help someone land a job they've been searching for. Good sales/communication experience.
Cons
Benefit package is subpar. An updated recruiting software/tools would be helpful as well (stronger candidates, more interviews, more deals, more profit and growth for the company).
