Pros

There are almost no pros to list. I won't even waste my time trying to figure any out.

Cons

So many cons! The reviewer who left one last really spoke the truth. When I saw the review I laughed out loud. After I laughed I took a second and then got sad. It wasn't really funny at all. I joined Fahrenheit 3 years ago when it was a different place. I enjoyed coming to work. The company was full of good people and doing well. I can really say that time was the happiest for my personal business career. Since then we've had 2 CEOs and it has sunk the team and moral. The changes were not what hurt everything the most. The choices in who were what crushed everything. If they left all alone we would be up the 20% pace we were growing. Now it is a joke. The other reviewer said it perfect, lazy and incompetent. Top down.

Just When You Thought Leadership Couldn't Get Worse

Pros

For 3 years this job was fun, lucrative and rewarding. Then the changes came.

Cons

There is just no way to stress how terrible the Executive Management is right now. They seemingly keep promoting or finding lazy, unqualified and morally corrupt individuals to run both GES and FIT. This last one is abominable. It actually shakes your faith in the world that something as unjust and erroneous could happen.

Pros

None that I can think of. Lots of location, some strong leaders in Virginia and Atlanta offices that should be more involved in helping other managers learn.

Cons

No transparency, revolving door of leadership, recruiters, and sales account managers. Limited resources (no laptops or headsets, share a couple of Dice accounts, no LinkedIn Recruiter, etc). Promotions, contests rolled out and never happen. You have to fight for your commissions and they tend to be "wrong". With so many great recruiting agencies in town no need to add this one to your resume.
