Lots of questionable changes being made

Pros

I originally enjoyed working for Fahrenheit IT. The non-tiered 10% commission plan is pretty good for the industry and I originally felt that I was supported by both direct and indirect management that wanted to help grow my career.

Cons

Unfortunately, there have been a fair amount of changes at the executive level that have resulted in the loss of the exceptional leaders that I originally enjoyed working with. Overall, the new executive management and leadership can best be described as disingenuous . Most of what has been done by those at the top has been in an effort to check items off the list of "things a new leader within an organization should do" and create a positive perception for investors. Additionally, most (luckily not all) of the management that is still with Fahrenheit IT despite the layoffs and changes made, has transformed into a weaker version of themselves that is scared to question anything or draw attention to themselves.

Pros

Every year if you are lucky to inherit some business or have been here for 20 years, you get to go on vacation with the worst Exec honcho ever. Correction, this is for pros and any time with unbearable top boss is so painful.

Cons

You are able to go away with longest employed example of how to lose company money and con promotions.

Glassdoor allows employees to anonymously post reviews and unfortunately, in some cases, it can be used to misrepresent the employee and the employer. Case in point, this reviewer states that they are currently employed as a director at Fahrenheit IT but we don’t have a director on staff who has been employed for less than a year. We know this reviewer is misrepresenting their role at Fahrenheit IT. The question is, why? Our Open Door practice encourages open, direct and personal communication and we want to hear from our employees if they have concerns. If employees don’t feel comfortable speaking to their manager, they are encouraged to speak to Human Resources. If you are the individual that posted this comment and would like to discuss your thoughts with us, please contact our Human Resources department at hr@gesnetwork.com.
