Pros

FairWarning has a great atmosphere, awesome staff, and a hardworking and inspiring management team. The culture is very important to everyone. Always plenty of new things to learn. Everything you do has an impact on the company. The office is beautiful and easy to get to as well.

Cons

In a large business area, so busy streets, restaurants, etc.

Cons

Environment is fast paced with high expectations so could be challenging for new employees who are not driven.

Pros

Having been with FairWarning for many years, the biggest pro is that everybody at the company has an important job and it all matters. There is no coasting, there are no politics or cliques. Everything is driven by data and truth. The mission is clear and I am allowed to actually do the job I am good at. Work/life balance is highly encouraged- this is NOT a place where people are working 70 hours a week.

Cons

The pace is fast and the work is tough so it can be a challenge for new employees to get quickly up to speed.
