Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay, Great PTO, terrible healthcare and retirement benefits (they look good, but they dont start contributing until 2-3 years into employment) The new CEO has brought about a lot of change and some really good momentum. I am inspired about the future of Fairview because of him.
Cons
Management and leadership are very questionable. There are not many opportunities to move around the company. Promotions are only given if there is an open position. My biggest complaint is how little recognition there is for working hard or as a team player.
