Everything else. They micromanage everyone to the point where it has become a toxic environment, which is really saying something because the job is entirely remote. You are responsible for scheduling at least 5 imaging modalities across the Twin Cities, with each major hospital having its own set of rules because of the “culture” at each location. If you make a mistake, say scheduling a patient at a location because you didn’t consider one or more of the “rules” that you may or may not have been told about, it’s on you to call the patient and reschedule them despite the fact that consistency is nonexistent. You’re required to be in “READY” 80% of the time and anything less = 1:1 coaching. Your mistakes are tracked and counted and every single call is recorded and if your call is audited, the laundry list of criteria needed to “pass” an audit has become so absurd that it’s not even worth trying anymore because YOU’LL.
