      Fairview provides good benefits like health insurance, pension plan, 403B, dental, life insurance all at a lower cost than other places. They are a well respected company in the communtiy, and they provide their service sgood clients. Fairview provides employees with the latest technology in the field which helps employees to complete their jobs in a professional manner.

      Cons

      The pay structure is uncompetitive when compared with other companies providing similar jobs. When requesting time off, it must be done too far in advance. They should be more flexible in their scheduling when an employee wants to take some time off.
