      Pros

      People are very nice, most very knowledgeable about their work. Changing healthcare, great benefits, open to process change, better than other area hospitals and health type of companies. Good cubicle size, good access to printers.

      Cons

      Some facilities and hardware groups can be hard to work with, they can be unorganized. No cafeteria in the IT building but local places to grab lunch. Same as all places, some lifers need to go but they tend to cling together and not bother with others too much.

      Good pay, good place for medical burnouts and non-technical people to hide.

      Cons

      Lack of technical opportunities. Extremely poor management. Reorgs simply reshuffle the same good-old-boy deck. Dead-end place to hide for non-technical or those tired of medical work. The don't have any T in IT.
