      None. Assumed Fairview, or now M Health Fairview, would be competent and ethical providers for outpatient addiction and behavioral health treatment care. False assumption. The place is a disaster.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. Managers approach addiction treatment from beliefs more than 20 years old — if ever considered clinical and ethical standards of care. Beliefs put lives of outpatient clients at risk. Managers play favorites, harass counselors who are concerned about quality of care. Financial mismanagement. Total chaos. HR supports incompetent managers who bully counselors. One manager has some vague background in addiction and no one in leadership has background or knowledge of quality standards of treatment for addiction. The place is a joke.
