This is the worse company I ever worked for. Toxic, micromanaging. Stories and directives change from day to day. Management is terrible. You could replace 5 people with two easy if process improved and normalized to what organizations are doing. Issue is that no one wants to work there, so they micromanage each other and spend most of their time documenting about documentation and arguing with business office and then documenting this too . I had never seen anything like this in my entire career. They Tilly telly on each other about stupidest little things and that is promoted by the insecure management.

Leadership is a joke, nobody wants to work here so friends of existing staff are poached from other subpar healthcare providers. Hiring managers intentionally lie to candidates to get them in the door--see other reviews regarding cross-training, job expectations, constant texting for coverage, schedule changes, etc. This is the expectation for internal staff to play along with. Leadership seeks regular feedback, which it ignores. Data is intentionally manipulated to reflect more positively on the organization. Bottom line: If you are in healthcare to help people, or have a shred of integrity, this is not the place for you. Fairview is a classic corporation poorly disguised as a healthcare provider, where we do not practice what we preach, passing the buck is our process, and acquisition is the most important thing. Leaders became leaders because they have no work/life balance, they know who to kiss up to, and they will do Anything to get ahead...
