      Lots of talented people...opportunity to be impactful in the community and drive healthcare change

      Cons

      Ridiculous situation at the executive and senior management levels as there is no cohesion, uniform vision or leadership. Irresponsible board without any appreciation of the strengths of the organization. In the absence of true management leadership, the consultant flavor-of-the day rules without any accountablity or appreciable return on the money spent.

      Coworkers; excellent team of medical professionals

      Beaurocratic entanglement makes it challenging to accomplish simple process improvement; there appears to be a lot of dead weight in management positions with talent "in the trenches"; challenges with providing patient-centered and individual care given productivity standards; disconnect between upper management and medical professionals; states lofty goals for the organization yet does not provid tools to meet those goals

      Extremely poor communication, will "get rid of" PERCEIVED non complying employees, lots of favoritism among management, zero tolerance for new ideas
