      -somewhat flexible scheduling -great experience for grad school if you want to go into anything psychology related

      Cons

      -a lot of workers seemed very burned out and compassion-fatigued -if you get along with a coworker, sometimes they won’t schedule you together even if you work well! It’s been a couple years now so hopefully that has changed.
