Work load is UN-manageable, expectations are unrealistic, quick to judge-reprimand - no support from Directors, Management, or Supervisors - no incentives not even as much as a, "good job" - poor PTO/Vacation/Holiday pay... for Holidays you have to use your PTO/Vacation time or no pay. Work and family initiative is awful, absolutely the worse employee engagement. Micro manage - spy on and micro manage employees but way of monitoring computer use, parking passes, employee badges, phone records

Senior managers have spent their life in this organization. There's no outside perspective at all. Technology infrastructure was seriously outdated. The IT department was bloated and had no accountability. Glaring lack of tolerance for diversity in rural hospitals and those who knew better laughed it off and looked the other way.
