The executives took on a merger and expect all Fairview employees to pick up the pace with overworking , underpaying them and under appreciating them. Everyone is always stressed out and some have left for medical leaves from stress related medical symptoms and not come back because they stopped getting ulcers . The COO is leaving after a year and u get promoted if you are with the clique group not if you do a stellar job and prove your worth .
