Pros

Clinics are usually open only Monday through Friday unless you are employed to work urgent care. Typically done with work before 630p and can start as early as 630a. Has decent benefits and perks.

Cons

Constantly changing how do they do things from policies to workflows which have only gotten worse since COVID. Not really flexible in hours as you are committed to a certain work schedule. PTO is not always granted and is slow to accumulate in your bank based off of years of service and hours worked per pay check. No longer get covid pay if you get covid especially if from work. Your PTO and sick time are all one balance and same for your FMLA hours if that is needed.
