      Lots of amazing people and a great place to work.

      Cons

      Management doesn't get it. They need to listen to the employees. Employee satisfaction scores are always low.

      Good pay, good place for medical burnouts and non-technical people to hide.

      Cons

      Lack of technical opportunities. Extremely poor management. Reorgs simply reshuffle the same good-old-boy deck. Dead-end place to hide for non-technical or those tired of medical work. The don't have any T in IT.
