      Loved working in hospital environment. Most colleagues are really nice and great to work with. Lots of change taking place - exciting environment.

      Cons

      Lack of upper level leadership. Awkward relationship with U, which muddled the waters. Lack of direction and tools to get the work done. Lots of lip service without any action. No possibility to advance your career.
