      Pros

      Fairview is a large, organized, Minnesota Healthcare company. In general the it seems like it's a nice place to work.

      Cons

      I disliked being forced to be part of a union. Also, there's a lot of bureaucracy, and the managers can be hit or miss.

      Pros

      Many sites to work in, many different operations to try to learn from.

      Cons

      Corporate rules overall, even if they are behind the times. Very negative atmosphere, you always have to watch your back and make sure your proof is documented. Departments do not match each other, especially at budget times, and the loudest one wins.
