No paid holidays, and sick days are paid with your personal pto. They throw 1 hr training videos at you and expect you to retain everything with no hiccups along with your daily work. If you do well, they'll keep adding you to "trainings" (1 hr videos) and add you to multiple department lines. Oh and they also don't compensate you for all the new trainings/department lines you're added to, so that's great also.
