Pros
What you see is what you get. Your job is clearly outlined, and there are plenty of training opportunities. There is a great $2 swings, and $3 night shift differential. Decent PTO accumulation. All in all, I am happy here.
Cons
Like most healthcare entities, you have to plan any vacation days out way in advance, usually 3 months. It's a very large company, so it can take some effort to find the right human resources person when you have specific questions. But nothing too extreme, just annoying.
